LCC Intercultural Fair: A World of Flavors Unites Cultures

On November 7, 2023, the Language for Communication (LCC) International program, Faculty of Humanities at Srinakharinwirot University hosted the vibrant LCC Intercultural Fair, transforming the space in front of Building 38 into a melting pot of global traditions and tastes. This cultural extravaganza attracted visitors with an enticing array of international cuisines. Fairgoers indulged in a culinary journey, tasting the rich, pearl-infused milk tea from China (红茶红糖珍珠奶茶), savoring the delicate layers of French crepes (Crêpe française), enjoying the robust flavors of German sausages with Currywurst and bread rolls (Frankfurter mit Sauerkraut und Kartoffelpüree and Berliner Currywurst mit Brötchen), relishing the refreshing Vietnamese fresh spring rolls (Gỏi cuốn/ Cuốn hành), and delighting in the sweet, unique Cambodian palm sugar glutinous rice balls (នំផ្លែអាយ). The LCC Intercultural Fair stood as a testament to the unity and diversity of cultures, offering a feast for both the palate and the spirit.
