The Language for Careers International Program (LCI) at Srinakharinwirot University is a cutting-edge initiative that combines language proficiency with professional skills, preparing students for success in global careers. Designed for individuals looking to apply their language abilities across various industries, LCI offers a curriculum that seamlessly integrates language acquisition with the demands of international work environments.

The program emphasizes not only the mastery of English but also gives students the opportunity to study a third
language -- Chinese, Japanese, or German -- valuable for navigating global career opportunities. In addition to language skills, the program focuses on intercultural communication and a deep understanding of global business dynamics, ensuring graduates are well-equipped for diverse and international career paths.

Program Objectives

1.  To possess knowledge and skills in the use

     of English for digital business or service industries, applying them appropriately in professional settings.


2.  To acquire knowledge and skills in a third

      language for everyday communication.

3.  To uphold moral and ethical standards, demonstrating honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, social responsibility, and appropriate conduct as a valuable member of society.



Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)


1.  Effectively use language and digital technology for learning, communication, and collaboration with others, demonstrating a business-oriented perspective, civic consciousness, and appropriate behavior as both a civic and digital citizen. 


2.  Communicate in English for digital business or service industries effectively.

 

3.  Communicate in a third language for daily use.


4.  Utilize English for analyzing business situations, fostering creative business thinking, and efficiently conducting sales presentations and business or service negotiations.
